Attention all veterans in the Pierre area and surrounding area. the Vietnam Era Veterans Association is hosting its annual Spaghetti dinner this coming Tuesday evening the 13th of February. At the American Legion cabin in Pierre. The cabin is located at the end of main street under the large US and POW/MIA flags. the dinner starts at 6:30 pm. All veterans and their spouses and / or guests are welcomed.
Featured guest is the artist Jim Pollock. who will be displaying his artwork depicting the artist's works during his tour of duty in the US Army Vietnam Combat Artist Program during the war. There will be a question and answer session.
For those of you who want to get a one day jump on Valentine's Day , single red sweetheart roses are available for $7.50, but you must call ahead by Friday the 9th to reserve your rose.
